What started with learning the trades at a young age has grown into a home improvement company serving homeowners across New England. Meet Cody Stcyr and learn how White Pine Builds came to be.
The Story
Built from the ground up, one project at a time.
Cody Stcyr got his start in construction early, framing houses alongside his father at just 13 years old. That hands-on introduction to the trades stayed with him as he went on to flip properties, manage larger renovations, and gain experience in property management. After years of working in property management and even personal training, he realized he wanted more control over his future and a business built on earning trust, not just making money.
That realization sparked White Pine Builds. Inspired by other small business owners, Cody started reaching out to his network, designing his logo, collecting reviews, and taking on every project he could. What started small grew steadily as one project led to the next.
Seven years later, White Pine Builds has grown into a home improvement company serving homeowners across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. Cody remains directly involved in the work, taking the same hands-on approach whether the project is a smaller repair, a new deck, or a larger renovation.
