This project focused on replacing an aging exterior staircase with a safer, more durable, and lower-maintenance solution. The original pressure-treated wood stairs had begun to weather over time, and sections of the lattice skirting and framing required repairs before new materials could be installed.

Job Description
The project began by removing the existing stair system and inspecting the framing beneath the deck.
